Given more information on vehicle damages before purchase , I have two dents in the car as well as some wires hanging underneath the driver side and plan on coming back to address this issue.

I was there late in the day. Everything felt rushed. Every question I asked was like I was a bother. Sales lady was nice. I couldn’t get my car cleaned or the warranty paper taken off my window. I had to struggle to take it off at home.

Making sure that the vehicle that you sell has everything you for the buyer. My vehicle didn't have the manual for the car, this has been a been inconvenience for me, I need to know about all of these NEW FEATURES of the car and how everything works and to make sure EVERYTHING is working correctly, All I'm doing is just driving but not knowing about the vehicle features or maintenance schedule etc... I have spoken to the salesperson a few times and still no response. Beware!!! I’m going to tell you what happen to me and let you be the JUDGE!! I have talked with the Salesperson Dennis Bronaugh on two occasions and was promised they would get me the owner’s manual, and I still have not received it. The last conversation was on December 3rd, 2025. I have also called to speak to someone else about this issue, and every time I called and waited on the phone for someone to answer for at least 45 minutes, BEFORE selecting the call back option, and they did call back but only let the phone ring 1 time before disconnecting ( I guess that’s to satisfy their call back) I called back IMMEDIATELY!! and still didn’t get a return call every again. (Thank God for telephones having call logs) I also, texted back to the a representative names Leslie that was working with me on confirming appointments BEFORE I finalized my purchased, when I reached back out to her on that same email thread and told her I was needing to speak with someone in her office about an issue, I got no response back from her. Now it’s strange that when we were communicating about me coming into the office for them to sell me a car, we had no problems. I think you would agree that I have given them time enough to rectify these issues, and I’m done going this route for a solution, me not having this owner’s manual has caused me so much time, effort and energy trying to figure out all of the features of this car. I should not have to try to watch YouTube videos to find out how to properly operate my vehicle, what the maintenance requirements are and certainly, what if some of the features AREN’T WORKING?? Could this be the reason for not issuing me an owner’s manual? The dealership is only offering 90 warrantees with them. Let’s factor in the wintertime and the Holiday season?? 90 days will go by quick before most new owners of the car realize something maybe wrong with their vehicle. Now, I don’t know if this is it but, I can only go by the facts. A customer should not only be treated kindly before they sign financial agreement if the company itself truly cares and is trustworthy and stands by the vehicle’s performance. I only have 30 days before the warrantee is up through the dealership so TRUST ME!! Now comes outside inspections, it may cause me extra time and money but I’m not going to let anyone get over on me!! As consumers, we must share this information with each other on ALL social media platforms and if necessary, the higher powers that can regulate these laws for consumers. I will keep updates on this situation as I move forward.

You should have the same selection available on the lot that you have online. I went in for an affordable SUV and there were none local.
