It feels like once I signed the paperwork to purchase my vehicle I quit receiving good customer service. I have never bought a vehicle in MO and made that clear but didn’t receive any direction on what I was supposed to do. Example: bought it on a Friday and when i went to register it I didn’t have the documents I needed. Like the title or the DMV paperwork that needs to be completed by your office. I am quite disappointed.

You need more Sales Reps to process New Customers) waiting Period too long for Service

Communicate with the customers better

salesperson i spoke to was good but manager is a real work, kinda rude. Not really transparent about the actual condition on their vehicles so do your reasearch

Have more cars on hand in my price range.

Given more information on vehicle damages before purchase , I have two dents in the car as well as some wires hanging underneath the driver side and plan on coming back to address this issue.
