I didn't get my record, printer didn't work I was told they will email me, but never received email.

Everything was just as expected, and I drove away with a brand new car! Can't beat that!Very friendly, pleasant atmosphere. Salesman (Ike) was outstanding! Just an overall great experience.!

No response when you call about not receiving a discount on brakes and rotors and service over $1,000Vending machine prices too high. Almost $4 for candyThe said I needed rotors but I don't think it was needed.Didn't give me the discount from the website. He should have offered all available discounts but he didn't even give me the one I asked for.When you say you're going to call back the same day or in 45 minutes it shouldn't be 4 days and still no call back. This is ridiculousExpected charges but not the discount I requested. I was still in shock from the cost I just wanted to get out of there. Then I realized over the weekend that the discount wasn't taken offI waited for my car in the room. I didn't like the fact the guy told everyone in the room what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost.
