I am satisfied with the services that I get from frank leta. Even when I called to set up my appointments, they sends me a reminder.Only thing I don't like is that they don't vacuum your cars out anymore.They charge you for it.And I feel they shouldn'tI love frank leta i'm always sending customers out there to you allThe service was really, really great.I like coming to frank leta to get my car done

No response when you call about not receiving a discount on brakes and rotors and service over $1,000Vending machine prices too high. Almost $4 for candyThe said I needed rotors but I don't think it was needed.Didn't give me the discount from the website. He should have offered all available discounts but he didn't even give me the one I asked for.When you say you're going to call back the same day or in 45 minutes it shouldn't be 4 days and still no call back. This is ridiculousExpected charges but not the discount I requested. I was still in shock from the cost I just wanted to get out of there. Then I realized over the weekend that the discount wasn't taken offI waited for my car in the room. I didn't like the fact the guy told everyone in the room what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost.
