i was satified .... i could not get same day service , i had to wait a day or two before i could be seeni own a 2024 outlander sport sel 4wd 2.4 engine... your sales representative could not distinguish between the 2.4 and the 2.0 any more than I couldextended period of time to process vehicle; due to unforseen circumstances, (a mechanic seized and required medical attention) the entire staff went into emergency mode and shipped the poor man out in an ambulance. i hope he's ok... frank leta employees were prompt in getting back to business. thank you

Not cleaned and washed

I had to ask several people where to go because there were no signs indicating service department. The dealership should invest in visible signs to correct this very simple problem. The vending machine was broken and people kept loosing their money.I purchased my SUV in 9/15/25 and I have yet to receive a car wash. I am always told they are short staff. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told I would have to wait 2 hours.I purchased a 40K SUV and I expect the facility to mirror that type of purchase. I would love to go to a Mitsubishi dealership that reflects that type of purchase. It looks run down and depressing on the service side of the building.The dealership is lacking in access to repair services . No signs indicating where the service department could be found. It is ugly, depressing and looks like it has not been updated in years.

I have brought my car here a number of time. I will take it elsewhere after this experience.They didn’t have shuttle service and I had to call and have someone pick me up.
