I didn't but my car at Frank Leta . It is a place where i never would have gone . I bought my car close to where I live . for the fact that i don't drive on the highway. I bought my car at a dealership that was Dave Mungenast , Mitsubishi ended the dealership . Leaving automobile buyers out in the cold. I was furious. Dave Mungenast is where i go for oil changes and all my needs as far as they can deal with the vehicle. they also have a wonderful waiting room with free coffee and snacks and televisions and restrooms. I don't think I will buy another Mitsbishidid a great job on what I needed them to do and what only they could do as far as recall but as a whole Mitsubishi Mas I said they did a fine job on the recall and the replacement partsthey did the job, the recall and also putting in a new sensor for the windshield washer fluid. Tjey were polite and nice.

Travis was an excellent service advisor. I spent 7+ years as an area manager in the automotive industry, and I can tell you that if I was still in the industry, I’d recruit him. Top notch. He went over all my services, gave me quotes, give me a heads up on what services were due on my next oil change based on my mileage. He was attentive, professional, and made me feel like I was the only customer in that place. Promote that guy.

I ask about the lights and I was told that they were automatic. But I drove home in the dark because they were not turned on correctly. And I was not aware that the headlights were not on. Just the parking lights were on. And the switch that turned them on was never showed to me. The salesforce was very nice and helped me to make up my mind about the car. I was very supportive of my decision. But took for granted that I knew things about the car, that I didn’t have any idea about the car.Your staff worked very well with each other. And they were polite and nice with me. I wish I’d been offered a better deal. I feel like I pay too much. I thought I would get a rebate. But I was told at the end of the sale that I could not have the rebate and the zero financing. I was not told this upfront. If I’ve known that, I might’ve made a different decision.I did not fully understand the information about the warranties. And they were not explained to me thoroughly.They could’ve given me more information about the vehicle and how it operated. I realize it was late in the evening and we were ready to go home. But I drove home in the dark because I was not shown how to turn the head lights on.The receiving area-was small, the cars in the lobby took up most of the area. But I like that I had a chance to look at the vehicles on the inside and not in the cold outside. So that was a bonus. They were really busy. And I guess that’s good. But the lady that greeted me was very cheerful and with a great big smile. And made me feel very welcome. My Dealer was very mad at her fact. But kind of knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman. But I wish she would’ve given me more information about the workings of the car.

Issue wasn’t fixed/resolved and now I’mHaving to go back again plus I’ve got even more problems again.Compared to other dealers in the area, the waiting room both in the service area and in the sales area could use some improvements. Also, one of their salesman was vaping at his desk the whole time I was there. I could smell it and didn’t like the odor nor do I want the second hand exposure.They went on a ride along and heard the noise but couldn’t re-duplicate it once back in service. Then several other issues started happening. Every time I bring the car to them, a new issue arises.I feel as though most of the service advisors there are uncertain what they should do with myI had brown footprints along the driver door panel and on the rubber mat and grease on the steering wheel. Also, smelled like oilThe appointment I made for future work at the check out was not put into their systemIt would be nice if someone could exactly follow thru on my vehicle and figure out what is going on with it. I hate that I’ve spent this much money and been there almost 5 times in the last year and keep having more and more problems with this car without resolution.It took way to long to get the appointment and once I had it the forgot to put it in their system.
