WAS NEVER EXPLAINED ABOUT ANYTHING ON THE CAR. AND DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME IN 4 WHEEL DRIVEEUGENE WAS GREAT. THE PRICE IS MUCH HIGHR THAN I EXPECTED. HE GOT US 20% CREDIT RATE OFF AND NOW WE HAVE A 9% RATE. INCREDIBLE. IM NOT TO SURE ABOUT THE VEHICLE YET. I FEEL ITS NOT AN SE AND ITS JUST A CAR PUT TOGETHER QUICKLY TO SELL. NOT ALOT OF SPECIAL FEATURES OR PLACES TO STORE THINGS. WE DID USE THE 4X4 DRIVE AND ENJOYED IT. IT IS COMFORTABLE. NOT ALOT OF FEATURES. CANT USE GPS ON THE BIG SCREEN LIKE WE WERE HOPING FOR.I FEEL I SPENT MORE THEN I ANTICIPATEDIT WAS VERY PROFFESIONAL, AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEGABLETHE CARS WE WENT THERE FOR, WERENT THERE

I wish the waiting area was more comfortable, but it is adequate.My service advisor was very courteous, and professional!!I was satisfied with the service. However the first time I brought my newly purchased Outlander in for an oil change, I was given a scare that my car needed so many services. I was not use to that type of sales hype, and I was hesitant to come back. This time, I felt more comfortable because I was not given an over selling hype, but given courteous customer service.
