Sales and service are great. Lead time for an appointment is too long. Obviously, a shortage of qualified mechanics. Frank Leta Mitsubishi is still a great dealership.The scheduling was done well but the issue is that the appointment was 3-5 weeks out.Reception was great and professional. Service was prompt

Having vehicle washed after service was an appreciated plus.Service advisor was polite and professional in answering all questions and the work was completed as scheduled with notification done promptly for pick up. Coupons are plus for price management.
