When I arrived they could not find my appointment despite me receiving multiple reminders in the days leading up. The tech claimed the reservation system does not communicate with their scheduling sys. they claimed they would not perform my warranty software upgrade because an iPad was missing. This iPad was later found and the work completed. I waited 6 hours and had no updates. When I got my car back I discovered that all work was not completed and I had to ask about this to get an update

My car is still having the same problems. At the time of the appointment I only had my car for a little over two weeks and still had to pay for a battery. That did not help.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a mechanic. It’s awful that this was the dealer’s service center!Your mechanics didn’t properly diagnose my vehicle, the workmanship was shotty, which caused me to need more work weeks later, which they refused to take responsibility for. And when I came to pick up my vehicle, the mechanics tried to charge me hundreds more than the quote. When we drove the car away, it was obvious the work wasn’t done, causing safety concerns.
