Oil change service was quick and straightforward.The biggest issue with the service is the ridiculously priced maintenance quotes for anything that is not an oil change. $1800 for tires and $600 for a battery is completely insane. I would be compelled to come to your shop for more routine maintenance if the prices were even slightly competitive with other options. Your quotes are regularly 4x the price of other auto shops.

I was told that I needed a sensor for my vehicle but when I came in and they hooked it up to the diagnostic they said it was my spark plug when I just had got brand new spark plugs done which the mechanic stated that my spark plugs was new

Not proper response this time and not feeling smooth of vehicle compare to earlier oil change.Didn’t do exterior car wash as mentioned part of regular servicing.When I asked reply was vague,forgot.

In the past I've gotten a video text of undercarriage of the vehicle sent while waiting. That didn't happen this time. That is always a plus so customers can be aware of anything else going on. The good thing was the tech found the slow leak in my tire and was able to repair it. Ladies room is MUCH BETTER now.

That they will replace my bumper that was hanging off when I purchased it and didn’t know because it was nighttime. I’ve been waiting a month and no one still have done anything when I called. I’ve been told that they got painted it !!!!. Just the runaround since I’ve been dealing with them.

I have had pretty good service from the Service Center. But had terrible assistance last year in the Sales Department (Management) Not sure if this Dealership is under new management. There are some newer Sales people, from when I purchased my vehicle there. I don't think I will refer anyone else to purchase a vehicle there. Maybe things and personnel has changed since then.

Never got a call to replace transmission that I was promised, and everytime I called to check phone kept sending to voicemail and never a response to emails
