More transparency. I should'nt to wonder why my estimate and bill where I'm different zip codes. I shouldn't have to to ask did you find the anything i need to be aware of she then feel the bed to define things i need to be aware of even if buying was found i should get told everything is what it needs to be before i ask but because im being a butt but because of i didn't ask you wouldn't have said anything

You miss diagnosed the problem and charged me for a diagnostic test and tried to sell me a battery that I definitely didn’t need. Had a check at Interstate and my battery was only 2 months old and checked out perfectly.

The oil change was great and customer service superb! However, the plastic piece that was dangling underneath my car was not addressed. It is still dangling.

Be way nicer to customers not trying to rush and sell you a car. I was a first time buyer and had no clue what I was doing so I asked family members for help went up there and told them about the help that I received they said, do not listen to them. They’re just trying to not get you the car. We know what we’re talking about when explained what to do. They would have an attitude trying to tell me what was the best option was for them and not for me
