I have have express on multiple appointments that when my front.drive side wheel makes a noise when turned to the right and occasionally to the left. However on multiple appointments I have been told it has been heard. When I schedule the appointment, I advised of this again and was told would be looked it. When my son arrived with my vehicle he was told rudely by Chad, the cost would 206.00 for them to check it and add an hour to my appointments. This was the worst service appointments.

Parts to correct my recall were not delivered. I was not notified so I showed up for a scheduled appointment. And the service guy couldn't tell me when the part would arrive. Communication with the customer and between Service and Parts is lacking.

Communication needs a lot of work there. Chad is the only person there that seems to actually like their job and tries his hardest to make people feel heard and understood.

I could have not been ripped off ... I paid 206.00 for them to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the car and it still isn't fixed . i bought the car 3 months ago 1500 down 727.00 a month .. Repairs needed

Service was great. Much better than the first time in 2024.
