Communication needs significant improvement. My vehicle has been in your service department three separate times for the same issue, and it still isn’t fixed. I repeatedly had to call for updates instead of receiving proactive communication. I understand some repairs are challenging, but after three visits without a resolution, I’ve lost confidence in the service department. Customers deserve timely communication, accurate diagnostics, and repairs completed correctly the first time.

No reach out to me about my vehicle. I kept calling no phone call back. Didn’t even know my vehicle was ready till I decided to go up there to see why nobody contacting me and letting me know what is going on.

It is extremely difficult to get a real person on the phone when you're calling Frank Leta. My total experience inside the appointment was amazing, but I had to physically go to the dealership to get my appointment because my key fob stopped working after a battery change. Samantha was amazing and very very helpful in the actual service area. She was all over doing everything answering people's questions answering phones getting people their cars taking payments! She was like a Wonder woman.

The one gentleman that helped me Was just fine however, my experience as a whole with Frank Leta since I purchased this car has been horrible. If there was another Mitsubishi dealer in the area, I would go to them.
