Arrived at my appointment time for routine service and car was immediately checked in. Car was completed faster than expected. However, I question whether everything was done properly. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. When the car was returned to me, all four tires were still below the PSI target value. I immediately went back and asked for the tires to be filled to spec. It was done but I was offered no apology, as if it was normal to not have done this as part of the rotation.

Honor the work promised to be done in a timely manner after waiting almost 3 months for a return call then me having to drive 45 min each way to actually speak with someone.

Nothing except be closer to where I live . I live in St. Louis city . I would never go to st Charles rock rd . As I don’t drive on the highway . Had to have a relative drive me there for my recall

I have have express on multiple appointments that when my front.drive side wheel makes a noise when turned to the right and occasionally to the left. However on multiple appointments I have been told it has been heard. When I schedule the appointment, I advised of this again and was told would be looked it. When my son arrived with my vehicle he was told rudely by Chad, the cost would 206.00 for them to check it and add an hour to my appointments. This was the worst service appointments.

Parts to correct my recall were not delivered. I was not notified so I showed up for a scheduled appointment. And the service guy couldn't tell me when the part would arrive. Communication with the customer and between Service and Parts is lacking.

Communication needs a lot of work there. Chad is the only person there that seems to actually like their job and tries his hardest to make people feel heard and understood.
