I am roughly 80 miles away and had to use this location for a recall repair. I scheduled a repair in advance and when they arrived, was told they needed to order the part and would need to come back again.

Zero communication follow-up from advisor. Had to send people in person to get status update after numerous calls and asking to find out what’s going on with my car.

Called when services were completed. Have staff that support the business and not just car sales.

More transparency. I should'nt to wonder why my estimate and bill where I'm different zip codes. I shouldn't have to to ask did you find the anything i need to be aware of she then feel the bed to define things i need to be aware of even if buying was found i should get told everything is what it needs to be before i ask but because im being a butt but because of i didn't ask you wouldn't have said anything

You miss diagnosed the problem and charged me for a diagnostic test and tried to sell me a battery that I definitely didn’t need. Had a check at Interstate and my battery was only 2 months old and checked out perfectly.

Find the knocking problem that I'm still hearing on the drivers side of my vehicle that I purchased.

Keep schedule appointments on time.

I was the first person to drop my vehicle off @ 7:30am and car was not pulled into shop until after 3 . My appointment was @ 9:30 that day. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that the part for my front end warning light was damaged and not under warranty. My car was never hit in the front so I’m not understanding why /how this part was damaged.

The oil change was great and customer service superb! However, the plastic piece that was dangling underneath my car was not addressed. It is still dangling.

The car service is great. Your waiting area is awful
