My car is still having the same problems. At the time of the appointment I only had my car for a little over two weeks and still had to pay for a battery. That did not help.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a mechanic. It’s awful that this was the dealer’s service center!Your mechanics didn’t properly diagnose my vehicle, the workmanship was shotty, which caused me to need more work weeks later, which they refused to take responsibility for. And when I came to pick up my vehicle, the mechanics tried to charge me hundreds more than the quote. When we drove the car away, it was obvious the work wasn’t done, causing safety concerns.

Dropped my car off Friday never received a called of the problem I called Monday to see what was going on. Had a recall fixed not my trunk do not open automatically anymore

Front desk is terrible and provides the wrong information over the phone. You go there and get service no one calls you to let you know that that your vehicle is ready. The more I come to the St. Charles Rock Rd location the worse the service gets. Please hire better people with customer services skills.

Communication. Between the phone system having issues, and the complete lack of follow up, I have wasted weeks of time that I should have been working. Today is an example, I called in to check on the status of my repair that was dropped off Monday, after setting the appointment in person 8 days earlier. The repair was not done, and had to pick a different repair, which we now have to wait on parts for. Costing me at least another $150 in rental fees for a car I can't even work in.
