I was told that they report service to car fax and they do not. They also recorded the mileage incorrectly. I was there at 5k miles when I didn’t have to have services until 7,500. Someone could have told me that. Feels sketchy and I’m less likely to trust services now.

Be way nicer to customers not trying to rush and sell you a car. I was a first time buyer and had no clue what I was doing so I asked family members for help went up there and told them about the help that I received they said, do not listen to them. They’re just trying to not get you the car. We know what we’re talking about when explained what to do. They would have an attitude trying to tell me what was the best option was for them and not for me

Arrived at my appointment time for routine service and car was immediately checked in. Car was completed faster than expected. However, I question whether everything was done properly. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. When the car was returned to me, all four tires were still below the PSI target value. I immediately went back and asked for the tires to be filled to spec. It was done but I was offered no apology, as if it was normal to not have done this as part of the rotation.

This is more manufacture and less dealer. Something like a volume control assembly on the steering wheel should not “break” in less than 2 years or 60k miles without being covered. Super disappointing.

Honor the work promised to be done in a timely manner after waiting almost 3 months for a return call then me having to drive 45 min each way to actually speak with someone.
