I brought my car down to be serviced because I bought it from Frank Leta which sold me extended warranty but was told to take it to the Ford Dealer and was charged diagnostic fee after telling the service advisor what was wrong with the vehicle. I have to pay $98 before they released my vehicle to me without fixing it. Frank Leta advertisement is false because they refused to honor the extended warranty sold to me at the dealership.

There was no tissue in the restroom while waiting. The wrong mileage was recorded in my maintenance book and no sticker was placed on the windshield. Also I had a coupon and the original amount was still charged. I had to have a refund sent to me because of the overcharged amount.

Could have done the requested service correctly. Wish I never came to this establishment, because now I have a car hood with swirls and scratches done by the technician that I will have to battle with management get get fixed.......All I came for was an oil change and possible tire replacement. I am not happy at all, and this isn't even the 1st time I had an issue with the service center here.

They don’t answer the phone , when you trying to check on your car ,also they miss diagnosed my jeep still making noise under the dash board !!! This place is a joke they need to fire management and start over !!! I would never take my car there again wish I could use my warranty some where else wish I could give no stars !!!

I am roughly 80 miles away and had to use this location for a recall repair. I scheduled a repair in advance and when they arrived, was told they needed to order the part and would need to come back again.
