You miss diagnosed the problem and charged me for a diagnostic test and tried to sell me a battery that I definitely didn’t need. Had a check at Interstate and my battery was only 2 months old and checked out perfectly.

I was the first person to drop my vehicle off @ 7:30am and car was not pulled into shop until after 3 . My appointment was @ 9:30 that day. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that the part for my front end warning light was damaged and not under warranty. My car was never hit in the front so I’m not understanding why /how this part was damaged.

The oil change was great and customer service superb! However, the plastic piece that was dangling underneath my car was not addressed. It is still dangling.

The person at the help desk didn't seem friendly and seemed bothered by questions. We can always buy our next vehicle somewhere else
