Van has been there for almost two weeks. Fixing two items one you fixed around month ago drove 100 miles and check engine light came on. Was told parts are in last week and guy fixing off fri/sat ok I get days off. Monday we get told oh had to order a part/or still waiting on part. Here it Friday again and told working on it. I understand days off and parts waiting. But me and husband get told different things. Also when it will be done. Just be upfront.

The customer service person could have been a little more attentive. I showed him another problem I had and he was a little short with me. He should make sure customer questions are answered before he just backs off.

I have have express on multiple appointments that when my front.drive side wheel makes a noise when turned to the right and occasionally to the left. However on multiple appointments I have been told it has been heard. When I schedule the appointment, I advised of this again and was told would be looked it. When my son arrived with my vehicle he was told rudely by Chad, the cost would 206.00 for them to check it and add an hour to my appointments. This was the worst service appointments.

Parts to correct my recall were not delivered. I was not notified so I showed up for a scheduled appointment. And the service guy couldn't tell me when the part would arrive. Communication with the customer and between Service and Parts is lacking.

Better service I was lied to the whole time plus the manager was very rude my vehicle stayed with them more than me didn’t even get to take it home the same day

Communication needs a lot of work there. Chad is the only person there that seems to actually like their job and tries his hardest to make people feel heard and understood.

It appears someone went through my trunk and back seat area. The mat that covers it was flipped and an item was left beneath it. What's worse is the box containing a deceased parents items in the back that I had closed in as particular way. They didn't know how I had it closed so let the top flap open. I had not brought myself to opening it for months. I got sick from the discovery. I called and left my number for manager to call back and nada. Almost an hour and no service. Now I know why.
