Excellent, friendly customer service from Ashley Balch

I had the best feeling when walking in there, they were ready to help me. I got to meet the manager and assistant manager very nice ladies. It just felt like we had known each other for years and it was my first time going into the bank. Loved it❤️

Ashley remembered who I was. I've only been at this branch a couple of times. She was very quick and efficient and greeted me as soon as I entered the branch. I've never had this kind of service at a bank.

In addition to fast &turnaround time. I am never in line longer than 10 mins & out of the building within a half hour. .
