I Appreciate the bank teller going above and beyond to offer me a better account for my money.

We've always had a great experience with all the tellers. Gina, Ashley, Luis, Gina, Ashley are very attentive, they know us by our first name and that means a lot to us. Megan is a sweet heart as well.

Gina is the absolute BEST. I have never been made to feel so welcome at a bank or any business really. She always has the biggest smile on her face and makes every interaction, one to remember. She doesn’t treat us like customers, she treats us like family. Awesome job Gina! Thank you.

I drove a couple of hours to visit my daughter in Fresno for the day. We planned to do some shopping, have lunch, go to a movie, and wrapup the visit with dinner. It was quite a shock to find out that I had left my wallet and money/credit cards at home. I ended up at the PSCU branch office looking for help and met Megan there. She helped me get cash from my checking account and offered to also make me another ATM/checking card that I could use at businesses without having to make purchases with cash. The whole experience was great, quick, pleasant with Megan's help.
