Everyone at the branch treat you like family. When you go to the bank, it’s a very pleasant experience.

I was served immediately. The teller recognized me, and asked about my wife. She informed me about the certificate opportunity. She asked whether I'd like cash back from my deposit.

The ladies are always nice and welcoming. They are very helpful and always have a ssmile on their face!

Almost every time I go inside to do my banking I don’t have to wait in a line.They know me by name, they treat me like family.

Top notch friendly service by Gina. Gina helped me and she knows her job very well, she’s excellent and always has a smile on her face. However, the manager (she was once a teller) came over to Gina’s counter to look at my document and she did not even say hi or smile at me. Like I don’t exist at all. She is a snob in my opinion, always has been and I avoid interacting with her and would rather keep waiting in line for Ashley or Gina than having to deal with the manager. I bank with other financial institutions and the managers are so friendly and helpful.
