No fault of theirs, it's just that the brakes only squeek when they have been driven/used for a while (I'm guessing because they're hot), so they wouldn't squeek when the brakes had cooled off when they drove it to test it.Maybe I should drive it around for a while to get the brakes hot, and then have them check it immediately when the brakes are still hot and squeeking.I needed an extender for my visor so the afternoon sun won't blind me from the side when I'm going north.The woman in the parts department could of had an expensive solution, but instead she pointed out that I could get an extender on Amazon for $20.Service people who put my needs first will make me want to come back.

I wanted to share how impressed I am with your staff. It’s rare to find a dealership like Fresno Mitsubishi. But this team nailed it. Jacob (Service) is always welcoming and friendly. Gerry was the primary reason why I returned to purchase. Eddie did a fantastic job walking me through the car features. Kirat provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their honesty and working with me, not against me. Honestly can’t think of a single thing to improve because they were all amazing. They went above and beyond in every way. Thank you for such a smooth and welcoming experience!The staff, the environment, cleanliness and especially the service, experience was over the roof! They exceeded my expectations. The only weird / confusing issue was the Monday after my Friday appointment I had a voicemail saying they missed me at my scheduled Friday appointment. When I called the number back they put me on hold and then sent me to a voicemail . Otherwise, the service was great.

N/AJust felt like my touchscreen issue did not matter since there was no recallN/Just felt like because there was no recall on my touchscreen and the issue, that problem didn’t matter. I still have a Mitsubishi I bought from you guys with 50k miles and my touchscreen isn’t work and it doesn’t fall under any warranty. I love my car but that visit made me second guess my decision cuz it feels like no one cared about my issue.N/A

I recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from Fresno Mitsubishi. The finance process was rough at first, but Mario stepped in and guided me through everything, which made a big difference. Tuo also did a great job showing me through the car and its features. The team took good care of me and I’m happy with my my new car.
