Service is always wonderful and even when I did have an issue is was resolved smoothly and with the utmost respect. I've only had mitsubishi cars and I have plans to change anytime soon!

they offered me either a 10 am or an 11am appointment. I initially said 11am, and then changed my mind and asked for the 10am slot. The person I was speaking to said 11am would work best (I'm assuming for him), and that is what I ended up with. I work the night shift and sleep during the day. Having to stay up that extra hour was a hardship on me,.no additional commentsi was told what they recommended for me to have serviced. He said I needed an alignment. I asked him what brought him to that conclusion, and asked if he had inspected it for alignment issues. He said it was based on mileage.Well, what he didn't know was that I had fairly recently had new tires put on the vehicle, and course an alignment was done at that time. I asked him if they always recommend things that their customers do not need?They need to ask the customer if they have had any of the things they are recommending serviced elsewhere and then let the customer know when those things would be scheduled to be done the next time if service was performed at that location.
