Jacob has been a warm welcome and it’s refreshing to have a friendly face, the video reports are a welcome which I didn’t get get this visit very disappointing for my mom so I can show her how the car really looks. The oil change took its normal time, the longest wait has been Jacob to let me know if Warranty would cover 2 repairs after a Month I finally got the answer, I will be returning soon for both repairs.The new complimentary snacks were an added bonus to the fresh coffee.
