I felt the team cared about helping me find a car that fit my needs and budget, and they took the time to explain my options thoroughly. Previous comments that I have made address my wishes.When several people come in the one individual taking in the clients gets overwhelmed. I waited approximately 10+ minutes to be checked in. So you need more than one individual to check people in.The service team is great however, the prices are a bit on the steep side. I recommend that perhaps you should lower your service plans. Some more Mitsubishi customers will come to you rather than going outside. It was a close call for me to take my car outside for repair.
