Previous comments that I have made address my wishes.When several people come in the one individual taking in the clients gets overwhelmed. I waited approximately 10+ minutes to be checked in. So you need more than one individual to check people in.The service team is great however, the prices are a bit on the steep side. I recommend that perhaps you should lower your service plans. Some more Mitsubishi customers will come to you rather than going outside. It was a close call for me to take my car outside for repair.

Thanks to Everyone who help us with the vehicle.Our experience started with our salesperson, Luis, he was very patient and listened, which was important. He didn't push us in any certain direction, as we were undecided which make model, or even vehicle we were interested. He made suggestions based on our test drives, and we fell in love with the Mitsubishi Outlander. We felt he went the extra mile to help us on our financing journey. Where Jerry Vang step up to the plate to give us the best deal possible. Being new to the hybrid (EV) culture, they were very supported and answered all our questions, we returned to speak to the tech, Tou Her, he explained all the EV modes and the best times to use them in order to maximum our mileage. I have shown the vehicle to my family and friends, they say they like the look of the car and may go check them out. I hope so...
