Price!Price was no longer affordable. I started with you at around 80 a month and it got up to 180. When I asked why I was told market value. I measured my unit and it was not even a 9 by 9 and I rented a 10 by 10. I know your contract said size may vary. I checked around and found that a 10 by 10 at other places was considerably cheaper. Did not want to move out but as far as I was concerned you are over priced.

Nothing. We no longer needed storage. I will recommend using Frisco Self Storage to family and friends. Security and accessibility was wonderful!We used storage while looking for a house and getting it move in ready.

If the rent was not as high as it’s gradually going up , I would not move. My sty here was very smooth and flawless. Front desk is very nice and cooperative with their customer service. I never had any issues.It was getting very expensive to keep it.

Stop raising your prices over and over. it was more than 3X a competitor's unit for more space.They continued to raise the price every few months, and were now 3X of a larger unit at a competitor.
