Oil change, mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter good ,oil leaked all on my driveway had to go to lock shop and they tighten it up and doesn't leak now

The service department at this dealership is amazing. I had an issue with my Outlander months ago (not a big deal), called them, and they got me in same day.
