In the Service Advisors defense, he answered all my questions. Please note It was maybe 30 degrees outside and that is unusual for Florida. Would have given a 4.5, but was too cold.,Service was fine, came in for a tire rotation and oil change. tires were rotated, but pressures were not checked. As a side note, other tire stores from where I purchase will check the balance of the tires every time they are rotated. I find this very comforting, especially for new tires and for alignment maintenance, wish all dealers praticed this. This was a free rotation and oil change.Also asked for a transmission flush, but they only do a fluid change. Was going to go with the change until the manager informed me that the filters would not be changed. there are two filters and changing the main fiber filter is an easy process whereas the other requires dropping the pan. The dealership does neither, just change the fluid. IMO, $200 for draining and refilling (fluid is $100) is a bit pricey. I will do this myself Would have paid it if dealer would have included replacing the fiber filter. Not an option.PS, fiber filter replacement is four bolts, easy access. Good design.

While negotiating it was nice to enjoy some refreshments and drink. The process involved a few Mitsubishi workers which was no problem they were all very helpful. I received an employee card with phone # and email address from one agent. I was told that the dealership still needed my second car key and some paperwork from me and I send the dealership an email telling them what I was bringing to them and asked if there was anything else I needed to bring and the answer was no, but after bringing the items to Mitsubishi I found out later they still needed my ownership document to the old car, which I plan to bring to them in a couple of daysThe dealers were very respectful, answered all my questions and were very helpful.

Thank you for all you do:)The service manager communicates very well and gets me in for the service necessary on a regular basis. I do not have issues with repairs after they have been completed. Thank you for the great customer service your team provides.

Since I bought my car, I have been helped by two different customer service staff...both have been exceptional. I am sorry I can't remember names but I know who they are. My excuse? Age:) Keep doing the great service!
