I had a rather rocky experience that turned into the best outcome. My car was having engine complications that extended past my turn around time. What I didn’t know was the crew was feverishly working hard to properly diagnose the issue and with the right mechanic and experience my car was fixed and runs better than before the breakdown! Kudos to the entire team.

Very honest and straightforward group of people working at Fulshear Tire & Automotive. I took my old SUV in for repairs. They told me that it was not repairable as it rusted out badly. They said that it was useable but advised against any major repairs as it would be too costly. The analysis and advice were done at no charge.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. From Will taking 20 minutes to talk me through his thoughts on a vehicle inspection to Megan at the front desk walking me through the process and giving my toddler a cookie. I will absolutely be back.

I brought my vehicle in for service the 12/30, day before New Year’s Eve, and my experience was mixed. The issue with my truck was not clearly explained, and when I asked to speak with the technician to better understand the diagnosis, I was asked to wait in the lobby. I later went into the garage area to get clarity. While the manager showed me the gasket that had been replaced, I was not shown the oil valve cover that was replaced, and when I asked about it, the response felt dismissive rather than informative. After being told the vehicle was repaired, the check engine light came on immediately as I exited the parking lot. Shortly afterward, the battery died. Due to family commitments, I left the vehicle overnight and asked that it be fully addressed. The following day the shop was closed, so I had to retrieve the truck using my spare key. I do appreciate that the team was working during a busy holiday period, and I recognize that scheduling and staffing can be challenging at that time of year. However, clearer communication, better transparency during the repair process, and a more thorough post-repair check would have made a significant difference in my confidence and overall experience. I am returning to settle the battery charge and retrieve my key, and I hope any future interactions go more smoothly.
