I brought my vehicle in for service the 12/30, day before New Year’s Eve, and my experience was mixed.The issue with my truck was not clearly explained, and when I asked to speak with the technician to better understand the diagnosis, I was asked to wait in the lobby. I later went into the garage area to get clarity. While the manager showed me the gasket that had been replaced, I was not shown the oil valve cover that was replaced, and when I asked about it, the response felt dismissive rather than informative.After being told the vehicle was repaired, the check engine light came on immediately as I exited the parking lot. Shortly afterward, the battery died. Due to family commitments, I left the vehicle overnight and asked that it be fully addressed. The following day the shop was closed, so I had to retrieve the truck using my spare key.I do appreciate that the team was working during a busy holiday period, and I recognize that scheduling and staffing can be challenging at that time of year. However, clearer communication, better transparency during the repair process, and a more thorough post-repair check would have made a significant difference in my confidence and overall experience.I am returning to settle the battery charge and retrieve my key, and I hope any future interactions go more smoothly.

Came in for an oil change. Had previously ordered and had tires installed. Both experiences were great. These are people you can trust with your car maintenance.

Initially I was well received, as usual. After almost 2 hours waiting for a flat-tire fixing I thought that something was wrong. Front desk made the clarifications and I went walking to my home (less than 1 mile). 40 minutes later service was done, and good as usual - because of the delay team mentioned that I didn’t have to pay, showing great customer care - sometimes things doesn’t happen as we think, but the way Fulshear Tire & Automotive team dealt with an adverse situation made me not just a regular customer, but a loyal one! Thank you!

I’m very upset. I was promised my car would be done by 5:00pm, 12/20. I dropped the car off Friday told the front desk I need it done by Saturday I have to be to work on Monday.I prepaid the entire billing with the promise I can pick my car up Sunday (I gave them the spare key)Now I have to uber to work and uber to the automotive from work on Monday. I want a credit for both uber rides and an additional credit for the inconvenience and being lied to.I went out my way to make sure they had the car on Friday this is piss poor service.

People were very courteous and waiting period was minimal.There tech service is always high quality.

We won’t take our cars anywhere else. Everyone there is so helpful and pleasant, and their service is excellent!
