I had a brake light malfunction alert which turned out to be nothing. Fulshear checked it within 10 minutes, cleared the alert and didn’t charge me. Excellent customer service!

Great customer service Only complaint would be that when oil change was completed, the sticker inside my vehicle was overlayed on the existing sticker. It looked like the technician tried to take it off but couldn’t succeed and left half of the existing sticker intact to the windshield. Then laid on top the new sticker which was absolutely unacceptable. Got home and had to scrape off the old one and replaced it with the new on.

Friendly and honest staff

The staff are so very nice. The facility is very pleasant and clean. Good coupon. I would have given 5 stars except my wait was a little long! 😀
