I think the team you have now in the service area is the best of the best.The were at their very best for the first time in awhile I felt assured that my vehicle was in good hands. Mechanic was awesome knowledgeable. I took my car to Valvoline on whim and they wrote on my paperwork that Dealer put in too much transmission fluid even offered to drain out the excess. I am so glad I didn’t allow them to. I forgot to get an oil change a the dealer and my daughter needed on so we went together to Valvoline. They also told us both our back lights were going on and they were fine. I won’t take my car back to Valvoline but I will bring it back to Mitsubishi and I never thought I would say that.

Took 70 minutes for a 10 minute inspection-unacceptableTerrible service dept, their mechanic took an hour to do a 10 minute inspection. It was not busy, there was no reason for a freaking inspection to take 70 minutes. Do not use their services. Unacceptable.

Continue to keep relations personal. A simple voicemail would have been sufficient to remind me of free service, but my sincere appreciation comes from your office knowing that it was not enough to send a standard message.Quick, easy, and friendly service. Our sales rep Jesse Cowles found us at the service department to ensure we still loved our vehicle - which we do! Phenomenal customer service at the service department. They were resiliant in connecting with me directly to remind me of the free service I was still owed. Not only was it appreciated, that personal touch reassures me with purchased with the right company.

These guys don’t get enough credit. Their customers are their family, and they will go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Repeat business happens because of them, not the cars.The whole team makes the process quick and easy. They all have kind hearts and are there for you in a time of need. I have never met a nicer bunch of gentlemen who make buying a car so easy.... I will be sending friends up, and Jesse was absofuckinglutly amazing, and Ryan, I give the highest praise for getting things done! Great job, fellas, and please note I'm not an easy customer, and they did phenomenal.
