The camera on the vehicle still is not right

Did not communicate why it took so long. I had to call each time for status.I had to call to find out about the repair. Told many different time lines iI was told 3 days later that everything was done, but still they didnt do the service for the oil change and the tire rotationIt took 3 days to complete a 2hr service appointment.When waiting 3 days to get repairs done dont tell the customer that they have to wait for other service appointments to be done.
