They discovered I needed to change two filters and add 9 pins. One air filter was dirty while the other one was still white with a light grey tinge between the folds. Personally that one filter didn't to be changed, but I just allowed it because the other one needed to be changed.The waiting area is open where you can hear everyone talking from the sales dept to the service dept. I was the only one in the waiting room on that day and one of the only customers at that time and heard people in both departments swearing multiple times in their rooms and cubicles. Every other word It seems was sh#t, f*ck, and f*cking. I counted at least 15 times or more. - I lost count. So, some professionalism is to be desired.Please reduce the swearing - it doesn't sound very professional and may offend some people repeatedly hearing it in the waiting room.
