Perfect location for our activities

Areas for ImprovementRestroom cleanliness: More frequent scheduled restroom spot checks throughout the day would make a noticeable difference. The women's lower restroom often had toilet paper on the floor, overflowing garbage bins, and, on one occasion, the paper towel dispenser remained empty for two days. Having staff assigned to do quick hourly tidies would greatly improve the overall cleanliness and guest experience.Management presence: It would be beneficial for management to spend more time walking the campground and proactively addressing issues as they arise. There was an occasion where a campsite had multiple tents and exceeded occupancy guidelines. Even when this concern was brought to the office, there seemed to be some hesitation to address it. Maintenance personal ended up being the push to have this taken care of.Evening noise levels: More visible evening patrols would help address excessive noise before it escalates. For example, one campsite hosted a karaoke setup complete with a projector, microphone, and speakers. It would be helpful if these incidents were addressed immediately to ensure expectations are clear and similar issues don't continue..

The booking agent was fantastic, the fellow that drives around ‘park watch’ was awesome as well, but our site was ridiculously narrow and I’ve never seen a sewer hookup beside my lawn chair before. To get away from it, our only other choice would have been to sit on the road. The hair in the shower was gross and there both days - we appreciated that the noise bylaw? Is adhered to. The campground was also in a good location.

Fun activities for the kids would be good.Things like crafts (rock painting, tie-dye, picture painting, beads) at a fee per child. Foam party, glow stick dance party.

23rd year there! Great holiday. The only downside is the sketchy wifi- seemed when we wanted to watch a baseball or football game or watch a movie at night- sometimes you could- most times it just kept freezing. Frustrating

The groundskeepers/maintenance staff were exceptional!! They went above and beyond to assist us with sewer set up that wasn’t done by the rental/delivery company and checked in with us multiple times about about hookup and small site asking if we would like to change. I was so pleased with the this level of customer service, it was really top notch! Will be back solely because of this!

We love Gallagher and have been coming with family for years. Our kids now bring their kids.What you guys did with booking and confirming then changing giving sites away locking and honouring for some and not for others it’s a complete disappointment. You send out invoices and confirmations and then charge and change things after the fact without any warning! I wouldLove management to address this and come to a resolution.

The neighbour directly to us said she comes every year for 2 weeks. She said she books those sites because there is no sewer hook up do the sites next to her usually stay empty. She said because of this she lets her water and sewer drain out the back of her trailer onto the ground.They were using my water connection to wash dishes and dispose of waste water 3ft away from my tent. They were abusing their dogs. The dogs continually whined and she kept them in crates and would home the dogs under the water tap if they barked. She constantly yelled at her children….. zero respect for other campers. It was her that ruined this experience and we even left a day early because we could not bare to stay another minute beside them.i recommend you look into her site and reservation for future.

Bathroom cleaners need 2 people. Bathrooms were closed in the mornings for more than 40 mins! Also soapy bleach water was left on the floor once it was opened again. The whole floor was soapy. Also, we miss the chairs that were with our cabin last year but have been removed.Love that the showers are cashless now!

I was mislead regarding the site I was given. I requested and was told I would get a water site but did not get one.
