Was just not impressed with your smoking rules we had a chain smoker beside us and it was terrible, why do you these days of no smoking not have a smoking area instead of people doing it at there site that kinda turned us of.

Suggest cleaning the bathrooms earlier in the morning, if possible. It seemed to always be at very busy times. Beside that, loved it!

Our trip was amazing and I'd love to come back! However, bathroom cleaning always seemed to happen between 7 - 8 am, right when the kids wake up and need to use the washroom! (We have a tent trailer without a washroom.) Sometimes, we took the kids to the washroom at the upper campground because it would take more than 30 minutes for the women's bathroom to be cleaned. My suggestion would be to have 2 staff members clean each bathroom and get it done in 15 minutes. Also, the garbage truck came really early (7 am) and was super loud with it's clanging and beeping, while my kids were still sleeping. It'd be appreciated if it came after 8 am and followed the same quiet time rules that we are also expected to follow.

Did not like the washroom cleaning/closing schedule. 11:00 am? Everyone seemingly questioning that.

The staff that were working around the resort were very friendly and helpful. Could not have been more pleasant. The only complaint we could have was with one check in lady who was very short tempered with us and yelled at others in our group about parking when they first arrived.Other than that, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the free showers. It was great that the beach had an area blocked off for access to the water as that has been a major issue on busy days. There were a lot of dogs barking this past visit, especially at the green space overlooking the beach. A few dogs were off leash & on the beach.Nice & quiet at night & washrooms are well attended

Only negative I can think of is you don’t accept cash for anything. My grandchildren came to the store excited with a toonie each and were not able to make the transaction. Would love to see “Penny” candy for the kids to pay for with cash.

It might help to identify more clearly on the online map, the site width or obstacles (trees etc) that might impact suitability for some RV’s.

It would be great if there could be lake access for dogs, even if it’s a tiny sliver of access. On those 30+ days it would be nice to cool them down.

While the site we had (70) technically fit our trailer, backing in was very difficult due to trees and a narrow road. I had to jack-knife the trailer to get it in the site. Then the site was so narrow that we couldn’t put our awning fully out and couldn’t sit on one side of the picnic table due to the trailer slide next to us. We saw many others having difficulty backing trailers in. Perhaps some trees (or the large rocks) need to be removed or sites downgraded to allow smaller trailers only. That said, our group (4 trailers) has booked for next year in larger sites.
