You could eliminate the money grabbing site lock fee it's an obvious money grab and you could change the booking system so that I could book the same weekend next year I don't mind paying in advance when I can book for next year at the same time

Overall we really enjoyed our stay but the dust and constant noice from the nearby rock quarry was a significant negative experience. We do not remember this being an issue in our previous stays but it certainly impacted our visit this time Other campers around us were also complaining about this and said this was their first time to the resort but wouldn't come back because of the high dust level and contanr sound of rocks being dumped

There should be a specific place to smoke.. being a tight campsite, anyone smoking around you fills your campsite. So BAN smoking in your site. Clean bathrooms properly, and clean it early in the morning , before 8am at least or after 10am when everyone is done with breakfast. We are loyal returning campers… however with the massive increase in costs for what we get, not sure how much longer we will come back. There is a reason why you have dropped to number 6 in campgrounds for BC. Wayne, Brad with ponytail, Les, and pearl are very hard workers and personable ! They need a raise ! The bathroom ladies need to do better. At least give the 10+ year returning customers a better deal or some perk/ incentive.

We had a 3 night stay. The first site had a problem because the unit next to us was encroaching on our site. We reported it to the office and they kindly found us a new site. We don’t know if staff addressed the issue with that camper.

The bathrooms were always closed at some point between 7:30-9am for cleaning which took at least 30 minutes. Though we appreciate them being cleaned that is not the appropriate time to do so! We stayed in a cabin and a mini fridge would be an amazing addition to them at a minimal cost.

I would like to see the grass grown back at the beach. It was very pleasant to sit up there before and would like to see that again. I spoke to Nicky about my concerns regarding powered scooters and bicycles ridden by children in the park. They were riding way too fast and I was concerned for the safety of my 4 year old grandson as he used the roads and rode his bicycle with training wheels. I also had a close call and was almost hit by the child riding the powered bike. In my opinion, powered vehicles should be banned by anyone under the age of 18.
