Prices are becoming too expensive - the “site holding fee” is asinine. The extra car fee is asinine.

This year the staff were excellent. They made the stay very enjoyable. One improvement I would like to see is that I would like to be able to guarantee my cabin. I camp for almost 2 weeks and am beside another friend. It would not be the same if we weren't able to have the 2 cabin sites we have provided to us. These particular sites are set up perfectly for us and part of the reason that we come back every year.

The bollards and rope for access to the beach is a bit much. The access to the beach has never been a real problem (we’ve been coming for 30+ years). All paddleboard access should be via the east (left) side of the lake and that would alleviate 99% of the issue in our opinion.

Reduce number of vehicles parked at site to one. We had three parked across from us.

A few things i noticed that inreally liked was addressing access to lake with sectioning off area however some enforcement of beach rules wiuld be great. Saw one staff menbwr okce whioe at beaxh during twonweek stay. Washrooms are cleaned at 7am when its busiest and a few times the cleaner took over 45-60 mins. I watched a steady trail of unhappy guests being turned away, most of which were tenting or in cabin and had no option.

It would be great if the site I stay in had sewage! That’s really the only complaint I have, everything else is amazing and it’s our favourite place to go with our kids!!

I would love it if this campground could be smoke/vape free. With the sites in the lower campground being so close together, I don’t like breathing in my neighbor's second hand smoke. I wasn’t able to keep windows and vents open, and this is vital in the summer heat. Thanks for considering.

More security that will actually do something about the noisy sites. An actual manager in the campground, not just the office so issues can be addressed in a timely manner.

Was a few sites where the camper did not have all the proper fittings for their sewer hoses which did cause people to smell sewer. Would be good to see you make it a requirement that people have all the proper hoses and fittings for the hook ups.

Not returning, far better campgrounds in osoyoos for same price without the ignorance of guests on the beach
