We look forward to continuing the positive and friendly relationship with the team and manager as we work on growing the rally.

Sure missed the KOA vibe of the grounds. This is a resort and not a camp ground, although we did enjoy our stay I don’t think we will be back, to pricy

Would like to see the booking policy of a year in advance changed to a different format. Due to the policy, we will have to reduce our visits, as the resort is already full. But having owned several businesses, I do understand the advantages for the corporation .

The only negative of our experience was the price. We found your facility to be expensive for October.

I wanted wood open fires, but seeing the lay out, and environment, I see it's not possible or wise. Had a great time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My kids needed aa pleasant camping experience. Gallagher Lake delivered. Thank you.

keep the pickleball courts up to proper size and net height. Paint lines on court a different color so you can see them better

I appreciate you making the showers free this year. Your sites are expenses compared to most, so this was a nice change to see.

I'm not sure how you can help, but I have never in all our years of camping had as such a problem of people cutting through our campsite as we just had at our recent visit. We were in site 56, our friends in site 57, and we had not only kids but also parents cutting through our campsites to get to and from the playground. We had one family pull into site 61 behind us and before they were even set up we had their kids walking through our campsites. When we politely asked if they could keep their kids from passing through our sites, all they could say was "I thought dogs weren't allowed here" as, if we could have a dog, their kids could pass through our campsite. They ended up getting upset and pulled out and moved to site 8. Not sure what you could do, but maybe on check in , verbally remind guests to refrain from passing through other guests sites. I couldn't believe the number of people that thought it was no big deal.

We noticed there was considerable work on the trees around the campground. This was appreciated as the large pine tree in the site next to our was broken and fell in a serious windstorm last year
