I really don’t understand why your booking system is day numbers instead of days of the week. I will lose my site by next year as my holidays are sundays to saturdays. So I have already had to shorten my stay as I have to leave on Sunday instead of the Tuesday, which means 2027 I will only have 3 days at your resort and it is to far to drive for only 3 days. All other places we have ever booked at do sundays to Saturday! Very dissatisfied with this! Also I have a concern about the children speeding around on their electric bikes, scooters etc. very dangerous, cars are only allowed to drive 10 and these are going much faster. Maybe the security could keep an eye on these children rather than the older ones that are just trying to have fun and camp. As an adult I even found it like a prison camp once the quiet hour approached. Not that we were loud but we were up playing cards etc and treated like children. I understand quiet time but it was a little extreme this year in my opinion.

I would recommend allowing more than one text per RV site as long is it doesn't impede the roads and or another person's site. As long as it can fit on the site, it should be allowed. In example, we have teenagers who like to bring friends, male and female, who prefer to tent and as a parent, I would prefer not to have both genders in the same tent.

We would love to see something about the beach. There was a group that was at least 20+ people and they all had their chairs right next to eachother along the beach right at the water, by doing this all other resort guests had to use 1/4 of the beach and water access and then when kids were trying to play in the sand/water there was little to no space, and most of the water area was in access able . I am hoping that potentially there could be something saying chairs can’t be grouped in more than groups of 4, or maybe must be 6 ft back from the shore line.Something to make it so all beach goers can actually access the water. It was ridiculous and this has happened every year we have been there.

Your staff needs to be more welcoming and understanding. They are your frontline workers representing your company. There needs to be some better and deeper thought in the way the booking system is now being done. We honestly can’t be the only ones that have been affected but the new way that you are doing this. Also making people especially the once that have been coming for many years book the same day or at the least the day after we arrive doesn’t always work when some of our large party doesn’t arrive on the same day anymore. We used to be grandfathered in our dates and sites. Now we have to pay a lock in fee which sounds like more of a money grab. Gallagher used to be a very lovely family run campground that now has the feeling of a corporation that has taken over and it’s all about the mighty dollar. This is honestly the first year that the park had so many empty sites the whole time I was there which I have never seen before.

I have been coming for years and this year everything seemed cleaner; less cobwebs and overall cleaner bathrooms.Cabin parking for lower 11-14 is a bit of a challenge.

Relax some of the rules around music: if you are in your site and it isn’t blaring, it should be okay. Honestly, we were having a fun family moment in our site, nobody in the sites around us, and we were told no music. It made a special moment turn sour. But encourage more thoughtful use of the beach.

Pruning and landscaping 125/126/127. And less rocks on the beach/water entrance.

I'd like the option to rebook for the same long weekend each year, rather than the booking being restricted to the same calendar days.

Accessing the lake is super, super difficult due to the amount of paddle boards on the water’s edge, hard to resolve, but maybe have a massive storage rack on the far left and far right side where paddle boards have to be stored on its edge to keep beach clear to walk into the water and enable little kids to play on beach/water’s edge? Lake is for everyone, not just the paddle boarders!!Keep trimming back overhanging branches and wild undergrowth to keep access to sites better.

An increasing number of people were bringing their pets to the lower campground this year. Taking them for walks in the evening and to the beach. Is this permitted now? I highly recommend a sheet given out at check-in or an email prior to check-in describing common beach etiquette. Things like leaving a pathway, so everyone can get to the water, Leaving the shoreline for young children to play, and putting your umbrellas down when not in use so parents can see their children in the water. and storing large inflatables to the side or back of the beach.
