Ladies washroom toilet paper was out in all stall at lower campsite, Jul 31 st weekend. Can a on call text number of a contact be posted for bathrooms supply issues ?Shore line /beach area is often cluttered with paddle boards taking up quite a lot of the space making it challenging to play with the small children at the water/sand area. Can an area be designated for the paddle boards/boats, etc. or an area be sectioned off for small children to play.

All the smoking on the property was a challenge this week. Our next door neighbour smoked cigars all day and night, which we couldn’t sit out and enjoy our site like we usually do. They also had a family member (son) who came to visit for the long weekend and he continued to walk up and down the road with a cigarette in his mouth. As well, at the beach there were many people smoking cigarettes which made it very hard to enjoy our beach experience. We have young children and a pregnant wife, who none of them (or anyone else at the site) should be exposed to that amount of smoke. This experience was enough for us to rethink about not booking next year, or changing our site completely (not an option right now but we will be calling throughout the year to try to change).

My family has been visiting this park since 1997, through all the different owners and it has remained the most beautiful place. I raised my children at this park and now they are bringing their children here every year to give them the same experience.

I’d like to extend our stay for a longer period next year. Last summer I wasn’t able to book a longer stay for this year due to site unavailability. My stay would be even better if I could reserve my site for additional days next year.

Cut the tree down in the center of 118 so larger rvs can use the awnings.Quiet time should be sooner... 10pm.Designated water toy/ paddle board storage so more lake front is accessible

The lower washroom was not the cleanest. The upper was very well maintained. It should be made more clear in the information package that the showers are pay per use. There was also a very bad odour at our site near the picnic table area, likely coming from the neighbour’s waste hookup.

Upon check-in, I had questions about time on the beach and use of propane fires. We were told by a manager that propane fires would be okay as long as we were off the beach by quiet time. We had a group of roughly 40 campers who return each year. The night time guard then told us that we were not allowed on the beach after 10 and absolutely no fires when we were having a fire that night. I then asked the front desk the next morning what the rules were and another manager clarified with me in the morning that the night guard was not correct, apologized for the confusion, and we could proceed with our fire as long as we were back at our site by 11. We then proceeded with that direction, then were met with resistance again that night. The night guard was very upset and expressed a great deal of frustration with the confusion and lack of communication. We felt the same. We wanted to be clear about the campsite rules so we could abide by them, but the rules were different depending on who we talked to. We have not had an experience like this before and left us feeling disappointed with our experience. Two people that stood out with consistent and pleasant exchanges were Les and Pearl.

I would love to see a no smoking policy in place. There are many non smokers as well as people like myself who are allergic to the smoke and get sick from the second hand smoke. It seems to be getting worse especially with the addition of people smoking marajuana. Perhaps a designated spot for smokers? Away from those of us who despise it and get very sick and allergic reactions to it?
