I had to wait over an hour for 2 clothes washers to be emptied that had completed their cycle, even though I asked staff after 20 minutes if I could empty the machines myself. I was quite annoyed when 45 minutes later another staff came to empty them and put the items in the dryer and not even apologize. People's time is too valuable to waste.

We found that there needs to be consistency between the workers and the management. Prior to arriving all campers are emailed a long list of rules and regulations. There were occasions where the workers tried to get campers to adhere to the rules but as soon as the camper complained to the management they were told it was ok to keep doing what they were doing. (Example: large dining tents on beach or dogs in lower campground and beach). The management needs to support their workers and respect rules and regulations like campers are expected to do.

Upgrade power to 50 amps at sites that only have 30 amps

We noticed that bathroom cleaning times were during “busy” times of day. Several days the bathrooms were being cleaned at 8:00am in the morning when everyone is trying to use the toilet.Maybe cleaning at 7am would be more accommodating for guests. My child had several accidents as they were unable to use the toilet.

Although much better than last year… the beach still needs lots of improvement…. More sand… even in the water and less rocks…..please.

The Beach had so so many rocks. Sand would be better than the gravel for children.

Enforcement of the beach rules - inflatables/paddle boards left on the shoreline and blocking access for us occurred on many of our 12 days there.

A place on the beach at the shoreline to access water, long row of chairs makes it difficult to get into water if you sit further back on the beach

Your July 4th email on new T&Cs for the site did not align with the T&Cs when we arrived. We did not bring our tent for the kids as the July 4th email suggested something different. Your onsite team did review the conditions but could not or would not deal with the specific wording of the July 4th email.

The new rules about the beach weren’t enforced. People set up chairs etc all over the beach early and many were empty throughout the day. It was hard to enter and exit the lake with barely any room to navigate around the chairs and groups who set up right at the waterline, and they were rude about people needing to bring floaties etc too close to them. It would be great if you could enforce the empty chair rule, and also add a buffer of no chairs allowed at the water line; as well as an entry/access corridor, maybe by using cones?
