I feel that there should be no music. The unit next to us had music on in their unit and all we could hear was the bass whether we were inside or outside. It gets very annoying when this goes on for hours. There is no music at the beach, there should be no music anywhere.

The parking fee is too much and not enforced. Sites need to be raked and cleaned before arrival.

Once again, great customer service from Mark who has continually gone above and beyond to make this years annual trip to Gallagher happenAlso shout out to grounds crew for being out immediately after a severe windstorm to clean up big branches all around the resort.One vehicle per site needs to be enforced. It is very difficult to get a big rig in and out of the campground when many people are partially blocking the road with their vehicles.

I was not able to leave my deposit with a debit card last year when I left in 2024. My credit card was at home and I was going to come back the next day and leave my credit card as I work in Oliver I was told I had to be in by noon however I got really busy at work and I wasn’t able to make it in by noon, but I emailed at 1 o’clock to say please I’m coming. I got busy at work. I can give you the credit card number by phone and I did not hear a response to that and I phoned back in about 3 o’clock to learn that Half my reservation was already given away to the people that come in after me. I was greatly disappointed with that and the staff did nothing to try to accommodate my other five days. Typically I would be at the resort from July 18 to July 28, but now I’m at home while all my other friends are there camping having a blast that we meet every year and I had no choice but to leave because there was no other space available to me after coming for 10 years, it took me about five years to finally get one site for 10 days where I didn’t have to move. I’m greatly disappointed in how the staff did nothing and did not care at all and all they kept saying was I’m sorry it’s policy what I don’t understand is I was told they can’t take a debit card because they can’t issue a refund. Should somebody cancel? My question is and I’m sure you have done this yourself. You’ve gone to the store and you’ve bought something with a debit card and you returned it and they refunded your card so I’m not sure how this logic works but I’m very very very disappointed that after 10 years of camping at Gallagher, I am now not there because the staff gave away my reservation and was not able to take my deposit the day I wanted to leave it

The timing of the washroom cleaning was poorly timed, please clean during off-peak washroom use (eg 830am is a very frequent washroom use time)

We have been staying at Gallagher Lake for about 11 years; at least 10 in the same site.Our only complaint is about the new policy of charging day guests $10/day to visit. The amount is excessive! If a guest charge is considered absolutely necessary $2 - $5 would be more appropriate. Also, we noticed several sites with more than one vehicle & no hang tags on the second vehicle. This policy & pricing needs to be reconsidered or enforced for everyone.
