I tried to book online but it showed that there were no available sites but when I called a friendly female very efficiently found us an appropriate site.

Removal of nearly dead trees

Our group of 7 sites only had one issue when rebooking for the following year. One site booked, paid deposit & then was told they would have to move because the site was booked by the current renter.The current renter has been there for the past 12 years, so a "human" decision was made.

your staff member on arrival were very abrupt and rude because we made mistake of going in wrong driveway , we were able to easily get out of way and move but she was almost yelling at my husband and my dad and not understanding at all ( staff inside were great and friendly)also , for the showers (womens ) would be really helpful to have an extra hook to hang towel or bag and even something in shower to hold your toiletriesthanks :)

We have always enjoyed our stay at Gallagher Lake.The one thing that we have always liked about our visit is the pet area where we can go and play with our fur babies. However this visit the pet area had very little grass and was mostly dirt. The worst we have seen it. Making it muddy when it rained. Not a nice experience. If there could be more attention given to this area would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing to improve

We would like to mention Les. She was very nice and welcoming and took the time to answer all our questions always smiling Secondly we would also like to recognize kam. Because while we were there our rv a/c was not working at the time we were in a very hot location with no shade. Thankfully she found us a nice shady spot close to where we were So moving was a lot easier. Thank you again kam🌹

As we walked around the lower site, we noticed that there could be a few trees taken out to make the sites a little more attractive and easier to get in and out. You also could go with laser level during the off-season and try to level the sites out a little bit more. That would be a big help also.

Can't really improve upon your operation...it's excellent as is!

Overall great experience.Only area of improvement that stand outs is that the washrooms were closed for cleaning every morning for half an hour, right at the same time that people were waking up and needing to go for the morning washroom break and to freshen up. A lot of other guests commented to us as well about the bad timing of the cleaning/ closure. They were nice and clean facilities though
