The garbage was overflowing in the upper camp the whole time, needs more frequent pickup.Suggestion: buy a sprinter van and offer bi-hourly shuttle service to the wine district or an on call service for pick up and drop off.

A couple times, we had a staff member tell our teen girls they weren’t allowed to either be on the beach (for a 10pm swim when the beach closes at 11), and that they needed to hurry up and get back to our site when on the playground at 10:30pm (when that’s not part of the rules). Our teen girls are good girls, no trouble, and it was confusing and frustrating that they seemed to be given different rules than park rules. Other than that, it would be 10/10 all around.

During our stay on the 1st week of July garbage bins had reached some pretty full levels, not sure what the issue was...Also, the mens washroom on the lower campground gets pretty dirty (muddy) often, probably something to do with the shower water running on the floor?

We always love going to Gallagher lake. We normally have no issues. This year you had one older gentleman staff member who I am sure hates his job. He was cranky, unnecessarily rude and very short in his communication. I heard him more than once yelling at kids for what I believe to ridiculous reasons. Never heard him once say please or thank you. I also was the recipient of him telling me that he could hear me from across the campground. Which was absolutely untrue considering I was sitting by my fire with no music and one friend talking friend.Multiple other family’s had the same issue and I hope that they also fill out this survey. I am unsure of his name but he is an older gentleman. Skinny, fairly short and usually had a hat on.
