I don't think there is anything that could make it better. Gallagher is friendly, simple, orderly, safe, and comfortable. We will never go anywhere else!In full transparency, the new policy changes make us worry that we might lose our cabin one year, but we have no issue following new guidelines and booking our next year the same day we check in. I'm sure a lot of people have had a lot to say about it.

The resort Internet continues to be a big issue / we have starlink but with all the trees it doesn’t work as well with all the obstructions (trees). In today’s age with our dependence and need for fast reliable internet the current provider is not acceptable / very slow speedsPlease invest in a better provider with better speed

Be consistent with the rules! People smoking on road at the entrance of beach even after asked. If a person is not following the rules they need to be asked to pack up and leave or fined. No beach access to water people leave their floats and paddle boards on beach and chairs on shore line.More than 1 vehicle at sites at many sitesCost on cabins are getting so high and no improvements- maybe add a bar fridge at least. I also take a risk of injury if I sit in my site due to volleyballs, put a net up before someone gets hit.

We have always loved coming here, and have recommended it to everyone we talked to. This year was a bit different. The staff for the most part was exceptional as always, except for the evening guy who did night patrol. He told us that kids weren't allowed to ride after 9 but we were told by the staff at reception if they had lights on their bikes and were riding respectfully they could go past that( which I know all parents like to say theirs are but I'm a bit of an old school parent so will make sure mine are disciplined) he was very rude to them even though they were heading back to campsite with no questions after being told to stop; where we had said what we were told. He proceeded to talk down to us and told us that the people at reception dont know anything he's the one who makes the rules around there. I feel this rule for the kids is a bit harsh, I get it from a safety point and do believe that they should have lights but if that is followed then there should be no reason for them not to be able to be able to ride and play respectfully to staff of course. As per the last question on the survey if you feel the need to follow up then you can but I am putting no just because I don't feel like you have too:)

Site locking fee is unnecessary, for people booking year after year we should be guaranteed our site number without having to pay another fee.Evening guy on cart yelling at kids to get back to their site before 9 (848 to be exact) was unnecessary. He was rude every single night yelling at all kids on bikes even though we were told at check in that kids could ride bikes until quiet time (11pm) as long as they had a light on their bike. Ours all had bike lights but were yelled at and followed but this man on his golf cart. That ruined our experience as playing in the dark is our kids favorite part about camping.

We loved that our cabin had a good air conditioner and that if we plugged things in, the breakers did not trip! We look forward to coming again next year! Our whole family was there!! Loved the quiet lake!

There are always rules to follow in the campground, which is great. However, if the rules don't get enforced, it leaves a very sour taste in people's mouths. For example, there were new rules around parking and the number of vehicles allowed per site. However, I only saw one staff member enforce these rules. There were all sorts of people parking additional vehicles on sites and often parking in such a way that their vehicle blocked the road. There were also some vehicles whose owners thought that parking on an adjacent site was acceptable. This is not acceptable. While there was one staff member consistently enforcing the rules, it's not very helpful when management does not support them and backs down on some of the enforcement. Again, this is very disheartening to see this happen. If you are going to have rules, they need to be enforced by all staff and management needs to back them up and not cave to the whining of the campers breaking the rules.
