Your on line booking never works for the Gallagher lake park, I never seem to be able to book my stays for longer because of availability but usually when we get there there is always unity sites

Charging 1$ for the showers was very inconvenient.

Keep up the great work. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful and the beach is awesome. Can’t wait for next year!

We love Gallagher lake. This year and the past couple of years we have been quite disappointed with the amount of paddle boards and floaties being left at the waters edge.It makes it very unsafe getting in and out of the water. We have been staying here for 9 years and they used to make guests remove items from the water edge and stack them along the back of the beach.I miss those days ALOT. It was so congested and unsafe. Made it stressful and wasn’t fun heading in to the lake.I witnessed people tripping and falling over items that barely moved all day. The people didn’t even use them they just get stored while they sit for hours on the beach. Our family walks our “toys” down to the water when we use them and store them along the rocks at the back while we are tanning/visiting.The campground is so family friendly and well kept in every other way. Just a beautiful place to spend time with our family and friends. I just wish there were rules to clean up the waters edge.We went to the fireworks in osoyoos on Canada Day and noticed that even with 1000’s of people nobody gets lazy and just parks their stuff half in the water and half on the beach.Much more enjoyable to swim and play in the water without the toys getting in everyone’s way.Just saying, If someone was drowning it would be scary to try to get emergency people to the water.

I would like to see shade tents allowed on the beach again to protect the little ones from the sun. I understand this not being acceptable when it is windy.

My only complaint is the large number of paddle boards left at the beach at the edge of the water making very limited access to the beach area especially for children. It seems to get worse and worse every year that we stay at the resort. Another complaint are the people that set up large tents on the beach taking up large portions of the beach and blocking g the view of others to the lake.
