When we checked out and I went to re book which is how it has been for the 4 years we have come and Mark said oh someone was booked into site and that shouldn’t have happened so let me fix this. Then I get an email saying policy to rebook has been changed and because yoj didn’t rebook within the time frame the site was given to someone else.So then we called and talked to mark and he said when I saw someone else was booked into your site I FORGOT that we had a different policy now.I was not told whatsoever when we were checking in about a policy change and that if we wanted to rebook for next year now is the time. Not a word and there was 2 men working at the front when I checked in. No emails sent about re booking policy changes, no pamphlet when I arrived absolutely nothing. So how is it ok that your staff dropped the ball and we get screwed over.I also asked a few of our friends we were camping with and none of them were told as well. This is completely unacceptable

Any RV owner will tell you the site must be level side to side . Front to back not as critical.

Our friends were in the site next to us (40). Some type of barrier on the lake access side would be good to indicate that site 40 is NOT a beach access for everyone in the campground. The amount of people that walked thru site 40 to access the beach or when leaving the beach was unbelievable.

Fees for sites continue to rise every year. This year there were extra charges for guaranteeing the same site for next year. Plus extra parking fees for more than one vehicle on site and lastly extra charges for more than 2 adults per site. These fees appear to be cash grabs. We book this campground because it is close to home and it is always well kept and traditionally the cost of the site was the cost. But these additional fees and the enforcement of visiting people being required to pay for parking permits are making us rethink future bookings.

Don’t charge the $21 site fee. We book our site and expect it.Also, the booking from date to date, that works fine if you don’t work however if you have a family or work the days would be more appropriate
