Fees for sites continue to rise every year. This year there were extra charges for guaranteeing the same site for next year. Plus extra parking fees for more than one vehicle on site and lastly extra charges for more than 2 adults per site. These fees appear to be cash grabs. We book this campground because it is close to home and it is always well kept and traditionally the cost of the site was the cost. But these additional fees and the enforcement of visiting people being required to pay for parking permits are making us rethink future bookings.

Don’t charge the $21 site fee. We book our site and expect it.Also, the booking from date to date, that works fine if you don’t work however if you have a family or work the days would be more appropriate

We don't like your new fee of charging $20 to guarantee a specific site. You still raise your nightly fees yearly, and now you add another fee to guarantee a site which is necessary especially when camping with a group. Just another money grab. We like to camp locally and support a few campgrounds here in the Okanagan and your place is the only campground that charges this fee.

Some minor garbage left on site on arrival.Was a high pitch squealing noise the whole time, maybe from water pump shed? Was very irritating.Playgrounds could benefit from some activities for very small children other than a swing.Otherwise very good stay overall.

Some select trees need to be removed the units are wider than they were so more width needed for newer units

So many inconsistencies with communication while checking in and over the weekend. Many other guests were told different policies about rebooking and caused many guests to have unnecessary stress regarding their stays. Plus the new $20 charge of ‘are you really sure you want to reserve that site’ is a money grab and did not go over well with more then 20 sites we talked to.

Because the large can was not emptied and totally full, we had to deal with bears in the campground and we had little children with us, very scary!!! If the garbage was emptied every 3 days on a regular basis you would not have garbage bears!
