I needed ice after the office was closed at 5:30 and couldn’t get it,Had to pack up and leave my site to go get it. Would be nice I’d some one was on site past 5:30 but maybe those hours change in the summer.Otherwise good stay

Nice clean campground central to lots of activities. I thought that being charged an extra fee just to reserve a specific site seems a bit much. We are already leaving a deposit for our reservation for next year so why the extra cost to keep the site we want.

My only concern was people claiming spots on the beach early in the morning and not using them. Someone had set up a large pop up canopy front and center of the beach and were not sitting there. The other issue I would like to see addressed is that there be a clear path from the center of the beach up. I had to drag my paddle board from the fence line across the beach to the path up.

Just needed to trim the bushes around the trees on the site.

Staff shortages were noticeable and the existing staff who we've known well from year to year seemed to have to pick up the extra burden, though they would never complain. Little things like the bathroom maintenance, no water being sold in the camp store or any other basics, etc. The things that make Parkbridge resorts our usual choice and exceptional. We've been coming to this resort for 10 years now.

Only one suggestion: revise the price sign in the men's shower to note correct time for $1.One stall notes 5 minutes for $1. The other two stall note 4 minutes for $1.

Kyak, canoe & SUP rentals . Better signage to locate sections & sites. Ensure cars and large pick up trucks from chalets don't block large RV exit from site.

The only issue we had with the site was the amount of bugs. I am not sure what kind they were but suspect they are the brown leaf weevil. We understand that they are habitually active at the time we were there but still found them annoying as there were a lot of them and they would get into the rv. Also we found a lot of campers brought their dog to the beach and into the water. Other than that our stay was very nice. Thank you.

We will not be staying again as you put prime rates time back to beginning of June . We like to camp in June before tourist season but the rate increase and peak season have made that not possible. Talked with quite a few people who feel the same way. Plus I doesn’t feel right contributing to an American company with Trumps tariffs in effect.
