The timing of the washroom cleaning was poorly timed, please clean during off-peak washroom use (eg 830am is a very frequent washroom use time)

We have been staying at Gallagher Lake for about 11 years; at least 10 in the same site. Our only complaint is about the new policy of charging day guests $10/day to visit. The amount is excessive! If a guest charge is considered absolutely necessary $2 - $5 would be more appropriate. Also, we noticed several sites with more than one vehicle & no hang tags on the second vehicle. This policy & pricing needs to be reconsidered or enforced for everyone.

We would really appreciate the campground to enforce music volume in the camp site and keep it a relaxing family camping experience. There was a returning large group that use there site as the group gathering (site 43?) and has constant bass techno music starting at 9 am through out the day and dinner time. We really appreciate how clean the bathrooms are but this year they closed them for clean up during the morning rush 8:30am. Mid day would be more ideal.

We stay at site 48 - compared to other sites, it’s a very uneven site. Making it difficult to utilize the whole area. Having to book the day we arrive for next year is really not a great process. It requires multiple large payments in a short period of time and creates a pointless tension point. Lastly, the night time crew were very unclear on what 11pm means - and can be quite aggressive with it. It feels like we are getting sent to bed at 11pm.

Smoking needs to be addressed on site- in previous years it was not tolerated and the sites are too close together to allow someone to smoke on their campsite outside. There’s so many kids running around who shouldn’t be breathing that in. I also thought it was against the law to smoke in public places.

We stayed in cabin 16. I found the first step to be a bit high from the ground. With no railing to assist it was a small mobility issue. I would suggest building the gravel up a bit. Shower area had a lot of dirt and hair on the ground. It appears it had been hosed but there was residual around drains. The rest of the bathroom was well kept

Scripting at check-in for staff should include reminder to ensure booking for next year following day or ask right then and there if they would like to book for next year and just get it out of the way. Erin was not friendly and treated my daughter inappropriately by taking pictures of her without permission. Mike did a great job of handling my concerns with this but this once I talked directly to him. There are 2 boys that have been called child predators. Last year I called and talked to the manager about an assault on a young girl in the bushes took place. This year they were caught walking two very young girls who came over from the resort across the lake and were stopped from them being taken to the bushes (their parents were beside themselves looking for them). Steve Almas saw the boys walking with the girls to the back of the resort late at night and stopped them telling them their parents were very worried and looking all over for them (about 12 years old, boys were 16), probably stopping an assault. These boys were using my young son to go and gives messages to girls they were wanting to talk to. When the sheep were trying to get water in the mountains they ran after them in the rocks making the heard stressed. My Mom Debbie MacDonald knows which site the boys are from and who their parents are. The parents need to be spoken to about their son and his friends conduct.

The employee cleaning the women’s bathroom was often disgruntled and airing his concerns with his job. Love the new rebooking system at check in rather than check out. Bathrooms were often dirty, half cleaned, missing toilet paper. Garbage can was so full and smelly after 7 days staying there. Beach used to be raked daily. I only noticed it done once.
