I'm not sure how you can help, but I have never in all our years of camping had as such a problem of people cutting through our campsite as we just had at our recent visit. We were in site 56, our friends in site 57, and we had not only kids but also parents cutting through our campsites to get to and from the playground. We had one family pull into site 61 behind us and before they were even set up we had their kids walking through our campsites. When we politely asked if they could keep their kids from passing through our sites, all they could say was "I thought dogs weren't allowed here" as, if we could have a dog, their kids could pass through our campsite. They ended up getting upset and pulled out and moved to site 8. Not sure what you could do, but maybe on check in , verbally remind guests to refrain from passing through other guests sites. I couldn't believe the number of people that thought it was no big deal.

We noticed there was considerable work on the trees around the campground. This was appreciated as the large pine tree in the site next to our was broken and fell in a serious windstorm last year

On the morning of Sep. 14 the ladies washroom was closed from approximately 7:30 to 8:30 am for cleaning and then was left closed while the worker went away to do something else. This created issues for many of the women in the site. We spoke to reception about this issue and our concern was well received and this did not occur the next day, thank you very much! We love our time at your resort and are booked for next year, thank you for our fabulous yearly visit!

Larger units have difficulty with entry into some sites. bushes at some corners are pruned but larger stems (that have been pruned) are not cut back and rubbing across one (while directed by staff) resulted in some scratches on RV paint

The sewer connection is too high. The sewer hose from the trailer had to have the fluids run up hill to go into the drain.
