It's our new go to place in the okanogan.

Roads should have arrows so that people won't be going in every direction. Especially when the resort is busy. We would try to leave and a car or truck would be coming towards us so that we would either have to pull in or back up.

You had good control over the pets. keep it up.

The only thing that I thought might be to change is the closing time of the washroom. It was closed at about 9am for the cleaning. I thought maybe much earlier or a bit later.We will be back for sure. ☺️☺️

Rock quarry was noisy at times

We really enjoy staying at Gallagher Lake

Staff were more than helpful, all were very pleasant and accommodating…seems like they really enjoy working there. When I called I asked if there was internet service with a password ….which there was but I would have preferred a locked site. With all the scams out there, I don’t like being open for all to access.

To please clean the bathrooms later in the morning or perhaps the afternoon. The bathroom, clean time interferes with so many people just waking up and really needing to use the washroom badly, there are a lot of trailers that don’t have bathrooms and of course cabins that require a bathroom use. In fact, I do find come in the evening the bathroom is needing a clean anyway, so I would suggest as someone who has been visiting for five years and has been experiencing this every visit, to have a cleaning around lunchtime. This would allow for a Cleaner evening bathroom experience as well and an open bathroom- especially for ladies that can’t go in the woods - the opportunity to use the facility as soon as they wake up. Being pregnant this trip I was getting up at 7 AM so I could use the bathroom before it’s cleaned… and I wasn’t the only one waiting and struggling in the morning for the cleaning to be done. That, or allow one stall to be open so individuals can use the washer while it’s being cleaned, it was completely closed off every morning. As frequent cabin renters as well, we do miss the larger garbage cans outside the cabin - that have been there I previously years. On a positive note- we appreciate the free showers, finally! Looking forward to next year thank you

The gravel quarry next door is very noisy and creates a lot of dust from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We are considering cancellling our 2026 reservation and finding other accommodations in the south Okanagan.
