I very much enjoy my stay at Gallagher lake which is why I come back.My only feedback which is not related to the actual site, service or cleanliness. Those areas are excellent.I noted that there is an AED device for emergencies in the office. This is excellent, as a health care profe, I was pleased to see this. I thought to myself though, how could this be more effective in the event of an emergency? Given it is at the office, I wondered if it might improve potential response time if an emergency did come up and it was needed, if it was housed in a location closer to campers. For example, in the lower site at the bathrooms? And perhaps, at the upper site similarly or at least in a location easily accessible to campers. I love that it is available but wonder about making it more accessible in the event there is an emergency.Many thanks!

I know this issue is out of your control but the endless noise from the rock quarry/gravel operation is annoying and takes away from the peace and beauty of camping. I feel very bad for all residents who must tolerate it.

We come up with a group every September and we like to play pickleball. It would be great if you added lines for two courts Our group tapes the courts and it works well. We include others outside our group and keep the two courts full when we play.

The campers across from us literally sat there all day and smoked and drank. I think it should be “non-smoking”In May my Dad passed away and the funeral was scheduled for June which we were originally booked for so we had to cancel in June. your resort would not give us a credit even when i offered to send death certificate and said we only has until December 2025 to use our booking or lose our money. I think this is unacceptable and our time in September was forced and not the greatest experienceI think in special situations exceptions shoukd be made

Thanks for getting rid of the need to pay for a shower!Now, the need is to stop the rock grinding extreme noise. It was quite disturbing and made us feel like we were not at a peaceful campground. I know it is not the fault of Parkbridge and you are equally frustrated.
