This implies the Anika was concerned about the overall health of my teeth. I would recommend her to anyone. Also, the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. My overall experience was good.

Waited 5 months for this appointment under the impression that it was for a dental cleaning. Called several times to check for earlier appointments, but was never told that the hygienist wouldn't be there during my scheduled visit even when I referred to it as my cleaning. During my appointment was told it was just for a "checkup" and that I needed to make a separate appointment for a cleaning, and now have to wait another 5 months for the my cleaning appointment. Transparency, communication, and scheduling can be improved
