I am disappointed regarding the billing area. I am entitled to 2 cleanings per year thru my insurance. These were regular cleanings and Garden State is submitting as Periodontal Maintenace which changes the insurance coverage and I get penalized to pay the additional fee. I am debating to search for a new Dental facility.
